Champion Challenge Initiative is a fun and engaging way for students to stretch their skills and
abilities while achieving academic goals.

  • What is a Challenge?
    A challenge is an opportunity for a student to perform a specific short term academic goal set by the teacher. Using the challenge entry form on the Champion Challenge website, the teacher will establish what the challenge goal is, what subject the challenge is about, and the time frame within which the needs to be completed.
  • Who can participate?
    Any student in a classroom is eligible to accept a challenge. The student must be a student enrolled in the class of the teacher who designs the challenge.
  • What happens when a student achieves the challenge goals?
    Champion Institute will award students who successfully complete the challenge goal set by the teacher a fun and exciting gift card reward. Students will be able to select from a range of gift cards from one of their favorite places. The gift card is the student’s reward for successfully achieving the challenge.
  • How long will the Champion Challenge Initiative be available?
    The Champion Institute Challenge Initiative will be available to teachers through the December winter break at a school. Teachers will be able to go to the Champion Challenge site, create a challenge for their students, and report the outcomes of the challenge to the Champion Institute Challenge Team. Upon completion of the challenge, Champion Institute Challenge Team will arrange for the gift cards to be delivered to the students who successfully achieve the challenge.
  • How does a teacher get a challenge started?
    Go to the Champion Institute Challenge website at www.championchallenge.org and click on Champion Challenge 2022.
  • Who can a teacher contact with questions or additional support to create a challenge?
    Teachers can call the Champion Institute line at 713-955-4549.
